Your information will be used by Wiltshire Council to provide you with library services and to enable the collection of any charges that you incur as a member of the library.

Your data may be accessible to the suppliers of our library management system, self-service kiosks and computer booking system. These suppliers have committed to handling data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and will only do so to the extent that this is required to maintain the systems.

We will share your personal data where necessary and lawful within the Council, but we will not share your data with any other third parties unless we are required or permitted to do so by law.

Wiltshire Council is committed to protecting your data and ensuring that it is safe from unauthorised access. Your data will only be processed for the purposes set out above in compliance with the GDPR 2018. At all times your data will be handled confidentially and will not be made available to anyone without your knowledge and consent.
