Appeals
If you are unsuccessful in your appeal you cannot make any further challenges to the council. You may however contest your case to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal (opens new window), there is no cost for the process but you will be expected to pay the full charge if you are unsuccessful.

The level of penalty charge is based on the seriousness of the contravention. Please refer to the following table:
