We offer a range of different services for all ages across all our leisure centres. Visit the gym, book a court for a game of badminton or tennis or try a group exercise class.
We cater for a range of activities in our sports hall, some of which can booked online, or speak to the team about a regular booking.

Soft Play for Under 5s

Children's activities
Children can get involved in gymnastics or roller discos. We also offer a range of birthday parties and we'd love to host your child's special day.

Activities must be booked a week in advance and take place during the following dates:
Cheeky Monkey's Bouncy Castle session - for children / toddlers under the age of 4 to be accompanied by their parent to attend a fun and enjoyable session where the bouncy castle and soft play toys are available to use in a safe and supervised environment.
Gymnastics - working towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme. The minimum requirement for a child to be booked into the gymnastics session is the child needs to be in reception year.

Roller Disco - come and join us for a great time with in the sports hall at Nadder Centre with the music playing and disco lights blazing.
Young people are welcome in our gym from the age of 11, once an induction has been completed. Juniors aged 11-15 have access to the cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment and free weights.
Junior gym allows 11 to 15 year olds to use the gym independently from an adult. Our fitness teams supervise the session and are on hand to give advice and guidance into correct training methods.
Access for Juniors outside of the Junior Gym sessions is allowed when accompanied by an adult over 18 years old who has also received a gym induction.

We are currently running two gymnastics sessions operating during school term time at Nadder Centre on Friday afternoons 3.30pm and 4.30pm, and work towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
The minimum requirement for a child to be booked into the gymnastics session is the child needs to be in reception year.
All staff who supervise or coach children are police checked or have provided a satisfactory CRB disclosure, they are also trained to recognise signs of child abuse. The team will investigate changes in children's behaviour and in accordance with the Children's Act and local authority guidelines, liaise with outside agencies if abuse of any kind is suspected. We welcome children who are on the social services "at risk register" and provide support.
