Accessing council services

We aim to provide all our council services in a safe environment and to treat all customers with respect.

In return we expect our customers and visitors to behave responsibly towards our employees.

Abusive, aggressive or anti-social behaviour to staff or other customers is not acceptable. In these circumstances, you may be asked to leave premises, telephone calls may be curtailed and your actions may be reported to the police.

This may also affect your access to council services in future.
